WORKSHOP FOR PARADES PROJECT HELD

A two-day workshop for the Participatory Assessment of Flood-related Disaster Prevention and Development of an Adapted Coping System in Ghana (PARADeS) project was held on the 19th and 20th of April 2023 at the Aiport View Hotel in Accra to engage stakeholders from various institutions in Ghana to deliberate and work towards mitigating flooding problems, develop interventions, and also integrate the flood information system into the flood prevention modules for Accra, Kumasi, and the White Volta catchment areas. It was a training of specialists, decision and policy-makers workshop.
